This is handled by the keyboard driver in the kernel now. It might conflict 
with Clocky.


How do i activate this feature in MiNT?
You need to use the loadable keymaps. It's not well documented yet, but mail me and I'll give you a hand.

On what filesystem, (V)FAT or ext2/minixfs?


On both filesystems.


That sounds like a bug.
