Actually I was just following the way the Makefile worked, and did not want to tamper with that too much, at least not yet, so it could be basically anything. 5475.68881 was definitely not a good choice.
Whichever way.And I'll just bump up the RPM ver to -2 and include a tbz2 of CVS source for the package.
