[MiNT] Profiling troubles

Hi,

just to push this topic -- there was some debate about usefulness of
having libc_p and libc_g linked when profiling or debug build is
required. I'm fan of getting rid of this feature mainly because I
today discovered not only libc_p is linked to my 020+ binary when I
want to do some profiling but even I can't do it in my build
environment based on Vincent's repository as there's no libc_p.a
present :(

I can't remember what was the final decision but my vote is clear, get
rid of linking _p and _g libs!
