I tried the trunk build from yesterday and arcview misbehaves
again.

It seems to think that the files exist and waits for me to confirm
the overwrite. The files never appear in the ramdisc.

1.16 is fine.

I wondered if it is an MP problem but I still have MP off because
of the stability issues.
