[MiNT] Daily builds : cops and others

Hello,

There are at least two things that need answears, regarding the
tools provided into the builds.
1- Cops : I thought "fine! there is a new version!"
   Unfortunately, when I copy it to the root partition, after I
   rename it to .acc, nearly every cpx I try to call complains
   about a wrong version or something similar.
2- Gluestik.prg : I couldn't figure where to place this.
   After some search, I found a "gluestik" with no extension
   into /usr/sbin/. So I removed the extension from the one in
   the build ans copied it to there. Was this the thing to do ?
