[MiNT] MiNT-user mailing list suggestion

Hello,

This has been suggested recently by others and the recent flurry of activity 
on the list, a good sign in itself, makes it obvious to me that we need two 
separate mailing lists: the current one focused on development-related issues, 
and a new one aimed at users for configuration questions, feature requests, 
etc., that would also possibly be more open to not-strictly-MiNT-related 
discussions.

I think this would make following the discussions easier for everyone.

How do the regulars feel about this?
