[MiNT] Rules for submitting patches

I noticed that Mikro has removed the following phrase twice from the wiki:

"When fixing a bug or implementing a feature, it's important that you
don't change anything that's not directly related to this specific
change. If you do a lot of changes at once, it will be difficult for the
maintainers to evaluate your work."

>From previous discussions I got the impression that the "rule" above is
correct when submitting patches, but apparently Mikro does not agree.
What's the maintainers' view on this?
