[MiNT] freemint startup

I've got one issue with recent build(trunk from today, memory protection 
on). When XAAES loads I see normal XAAES logo(0.999) and without 
clicking for example Jinnee in clients menu, desktop doesn't show up, 
the same with TosWin2(it looks that everything is loaded after I click 
something in client list menu - in top menu bar).
In 1.16.1 kernel everything loaded and showed up nicely - I've got 
opened Toswin2 console with Jinnee.

Second thing, I've tried to change redirecting output to raw 
console(during startup), but system hangs few messages later, so it 
seems that this option is broken.
