The minix tools are not in the current package (./tools/minix/)

minit(.prg) need to create and format a minix partitions/drive

according to:

minit and most of the others in the ./tools/ folder are also part of
the following package:
http://sparemint.org/sparemint/html/packages/freemint-sbin.html
