no, not fVDI, there are even some comments in the code about it, its
basically a window calculation issue (from memory), but I think "drop
shadow" has an effect on it

Although looking at the screen shot I notice 2 seperate things going
on with that 1 pixel (sometimes white, sometimes black), it is related
to redraws of windows

NOTE that the screen shot was only with the right border "over-draw".
I think it "under-draws" on the left, if so, that imply correct width
but 1 pixel offset

BTW I have seen/used an XaAES that does not have this bug, but that
would have been at least before Christmas, and might have been a build
I had tweaked
