You have to run setmmu before MiNT. For this you need a different afros.config:

[GLOBAL]
FastRAM = 64
Floppy =
TOS =
EmuTOS = system/etos512k.img
BootDrive = D
GMTime = No


D: is a FAT-partition with the AUTO-folder.

It's not really simple.
