IIRC, on Atari-Home.de, there suppose to be a HTML based configurator for 
MINT...
Would it be something similar. 
Frankly I have not looked at that because it's in German.
May be this tool we are talking about is more Generic and the one at 
Atari-home.de can become a subset of this one.
