I checked the package and res/messages is included. You probably didn't
started netsurf from it's own root folder... like this:
cd /somedir
/someotherdir/netsurf/ns.prg
but you have to do:
cd /someotherdir/netsurf/
./ns.prg
Or just drop ns.prg file on the teradesk desktop and start with double
click ;;)
