[MiNT] Messy icons

Couple days ago all icons in MiNT got messed up ( see attachement ). Have no idea what could happen, I didn't do anything :]
To find what it could be, I have already tried:
- deleted my whole 1-16-3 folder and put one from backup that was done 2 months ago
- switched off all the programs except NVDI.prg from folder auto ( also tried with nvdi.prg switched off )
- switched off all cpx's
- switched off all acc except cops.acc
Oh, with 1-17-0 is the same thing.
All suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
