Hello,

multi-language support is included in XaAES now, but many files are missing
(both in trunk and helmut's build 14032011):

- xaaes009.rsl
- all the xa_help.* files
- xa_lang_notes.txt
- Fontsets for czech and russian

Some files are not needed anymore:

- xaaes_de.rsc
- xa_he_de.txt

Can you please fix this?
