Perhaps Helmut renamed the file. Helmut?

Should be in top level of archive:
./fonts/cs/iso2a-16.fnt, iso2a-6.fnt, iso2a-8.fnt (Czech fonts)
./fonts/ru/l_kyr_08.FNT, l_kyr_09.fnt, l_kyr_10.fnt (Russian fonts)

There should be a russian keyboard table for MiNT somewhere, too.
