Thank you both, i didn't read this before (and i forgot to install HSMODEM), now
i test again. Sure i expected that scc.xdd disturbs serial transmission.

@m0n0: I will do network-sniffing according to your instructions, too. But you know
the german proverb "Like the farmer eats his potatoes- one after the other"  ;-)
