On the Mega ST it was 2.06 and on my TT 3.06 and as far as i remember,
the same problem on my old 1040 with TOS 1.04

Both have the same problem: It is not possible to create a folder with
a "-" in the name because the input field did not accept a "-".

I checked it with the "Profibuch". The "Profibuch" says, a "-" was
also a allowed character for path and filenames. But it seems, if the
mask "F" in the field te_pvalid of the TEDINFO structure is set, it
don't allow the character "-" in file- and foldernames for TOSes up to
3.xxx But TOS.HYP says, "F" in te_pvalid allows every character which
is allowed in GEMDOS filename and "*" and "?".
