[MiNT] MiNTLib does not compile

Hello

I got a fresh CVS copy.

Comilation breaks with rpcgen error - the parameters passed to rpcgen 
are wrong:

./rpcgen -Y -h bootparam_prot.x -o bootparam_prot.T

It semms -Y requires a path.
