[MiNT] Sparemint incoming

I just had a look at the ftp Incoming folder and the versions of
gcc are older than the ones I downloaded from somewhere in February.
The ones I have are 4.5.2-3 but I don't remember where they came from.

Perhaps whoever did them could upload them to incoming and maybe they
should go into the official release ?

Same for libiconv.

I tried downloading from incoming but it always fails.
