[MiNT] Getting rid of /proc

Hello

This might be kind of controversial:

Lets get rid of /proc

Why:
 - nothing uses it
 - it does not have any valuable information not found in /kern

Then:
 - we could rename /kern to /proc, so much more things can be ported 
out of the box.
 - we could get rid of S_IFMEM - nothing is using it, and it is not 
standard.
