I believe this has more to do with windows than anything else.
ie. if windows was not supported by ARAnyM, then there would probably
not be a problem
I have mentioned this issue, but no one replyed.. it also affects "cat
<<TEXT" as used in "configure" files
I am working on a workaround for this, but it required using a real HD
partition (not image) but atm I prefer that to be ext3, so I develop
driver first.. but the priniciple would with ext2.. the real hard
drive partition is the only real issue (and not really with linux)
