I have turned off memory protection in v1.18. I chanced upon the status in XaAES system window - parameter MEMPROT: ON. Is this the real memory protection state of my system? I checked against MintSetter and it say memory protection is off. So I am confused!?? Also I noticed that system window also reports that I have 256 colours -- but I am sure I am on 32bits colour. Thanks.
