In addition to that, a list where AHCC issues
are commented & discussed could also be nice.

Topics could be e.g:
- new AHCC bugs
- best way to update headers so that they remain Pure-C
  compatible while supporting better programs done against
  newer standards & MiNTlib (names of headers, their contents)
- optional 32-bit int support and include / sinclude header
  directory unifications
