1. Try it in plain TOS without ANY accs/TSRs etc. Does it work? If no, you got a problem with your Milan.
2. If (1) works, boot a plain MiNT/XaAES without ANY TSR's (not a single one, not even NVDI), accs or any other programs. Just MiNT+XaAES and your usual desktop. Does it work?
3. If (2) works, enable your usual stuff one by one and test Aniplayer until it crashes. You've now found the TSR/acc/app (or combination of) that causes your problem.
Of course not sure if it was mentioned but download aniplayer again in case your binary (or installation otherwise) is corrupted.
