Peter autolaunches the original bubble which should deactivate the builtin  
bubble-help:

   args[0]:    =(8C4F018) ''
Launch shell 'u:\c\ming\thing.app' with args 'No args'
Deleted 'BGEM' cookie at 125A000 (free=0)
Deletetion of 'BGEM' cookie at 125A000 failed (r=0,free=0)!

I did not test that, only starting it manually.
