A good starting point is the AFROS distribution for ARAnyM:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/aranym/files/afros/8.12/
Just download afros812.zip, unzip in your ARAnyM install folder and run.

EmuTOS is shipped in the system subdir, you just have to replace it withyour custom one.
