[MiNT] updated patch for pth-2.0.7

find attached an updated patch for pth-2.0.7 (modified from
pth-2.0.0-SRPM) plus build scripts based on Vincents cross-tool
scripts

if there are no problems with the build options (also builds pthreads)
+ patch, someone could RPM up a v2.0.7 and upload it to sparemint

if anyone wants to test a built archive email me with arc format
required (script default is *.tar.bz2)

FYI - pth is used to build SDL (amongst others)
