[MiNT] EmuTOS _AKP fixed

Hello.

I recently discovered a big bug in EmuTOS. The language and keyboard layout 
were not correctly read from the NVRAM, and the value of the _AKP cookie was 
bogus for most languages (except maybe English, German, French).

I remember some people having trouble with the XaAES language. Maybe that 
EmuTOS bug could have affected ARAnyM users, I don't know.

That bug is fixed in the latest EmuTOS snapshot, feel free to try:
