A fileselector must work case insensitive in all
circumstances. If I use uppercase and the file is on a
case sensitive FS I might not see the file I want because
the file name happens to be in lowercase.
A case insensitive selector solves that problem.

Changing to *.PRJ solves the TOS problem but shifts the
nuisance to non TOS users.
