Works now. The bug was introduced by me - small fix causes big trouble ;-)

I leave the change but also advance uneaten keyboard-events to the client  
if the top-window is created for toolbar.

This allows the toolbar to have a default-object.

But somehow the cursor-keys have no effect - they are still eaten by  
Key_form_do.
