Thanks to whoever approved the rpms in /incoming

I am just updating and had this error:

bash-2.05a# rpm -Uvh libpng-1.5.9-1.m68kmint.rpm
package libpng-1.2.5-2 (which is newer than libpng-1.5.9-1) is already installed

I can probably force it but I was puzzled why rpm thinks this.
