Re: [MiNT] Teradesk options (case closed)
Hello together,
Djordje responded and it seems there is a small bug. The mentioned "All"
button is on the subdialogue and not the one I copied. But it only
appears if multiple folders are selected.
It seems the fix is not too complicated and Djordje will probably
release a fix in the near future.
Case closed, user happy :)

Yes. In fact the current behaviour of TeraDesk in this respect is not
the
intended one! This has somehow slipped unnoticed until now. I have
looked
at it, and as far as I can see the problem appears only if you try to
copy-overwrite exactly one folder-type item. Otherwise (i.e. with more
than one
item) two additional buttons appear in the name-conflict dialog and
serve the
function that you want.
I think that I can fix this in about a week and release an update of
Teradesk.
The actual change will be only a couple of lines of code in one file,
but
currently I have some organizational issues with my computers (where to
keep
the master instance of the source, where to compile TeraDesk and from
which
computer to upload files) so I think I will need about a week :(
I hope this will help. Meanwhile, you can try copying two folders in one
operation to see what it will look like when corrected.
Best regards,
Djordje
