[MiNT] [PATCH] mintloader

Hi,

maybe you remember PeP's tool which he had done along with the xaloader patch for different CPUs. Today I realized how handy this tool is and I had quite hard time to find sources again so I think it's quite a good idea to add it to the mint source tree. It's just copy of 'xaloader' dir, replaced with mintloader.c, put into 'tools' and removed some compilation errors. Rest is PeP's code. 

I think it could be a nice addition to the 1.18 release.

P.S. IIRC, it lacks support for v4e.
