[MiNT] update: XaAES 1.5.4

fixes for XaAES 1.5.4:

- ignore WCOWORK when iconifying
	avoids placing iconified windows at the same position

- unset boot_focus in do_popup
	menu is usable when focus is set but no window opened
- improve palette-remapping: now true-colour and 8bit chunky should work with 8-and 4bit icons. 
	untested: 4 bit screen
