[MiNT] Looking for EtherNat ownwers to test new USB driver

Hi,

I have refactored the code for the EtherNat and NetUSBee USB drivers
in one single directory called isp116x. My CT060 is out of order, I
ask for somebody with a EtherNat and kernel 1-19-curr to test the new
driver and see if is working like before.
