[MiNT] Shell exits when starting daemons

This happens on the FireBee, but I can't reproduce it with ARAnyM.
Finally, I suspect a signal issue on ColdFire.
I see black magic in sys/arch.sig_mach.c, I suspect this code is not
ColdFire friendly. I'm investigating.
