[MiNT] tar/bzip2 without UNIXMODE

Hello.

I noticed that "tar xvf" was unable to do the proper operation when UNIXMODE 
was not set. So I made a tiny patch to fix that, and rebuilt bzip2. It is 
available there:

I sent the patch to the bzip2 author, we will see if it will be included in 
the next release.

While I was with that, I also built the recent tar 1.28:
http://vincent.riviere.free.fr/soft/m68k-atari-mint/archives/mint/tar/

That works fine for all my needs.
