[Freemint-list] Sparemint FTP

I took a quick look, but I suspect that it's been broken since Rob moved
the machine from a hosting company to his home.

The config certainly hasn't changed, but looking at it, Rob probably
needs to open up some passive ports on his firewall and reconfigure the
ftp daemon to enable it. I've added the lines to the config, ready to go.

Rob, can you fix ?
