And they are! I've fixed the bug in git, it's nice that the flags are
translated but S_IS*(mode) functions weren't so testing whether something
is a link was completely broken.

That makes the first set of tests (t0000-basic.sh) pass but there's tens of
thousands tests and the next one (which actually hangs Aranym) is in the
second set. :D
