[Freemint-list] CPU/FPU-detection for 68020 on real hardware

I write like from another planet, don't I... sorry about that, so once
again:

the _CPU and _FPU values are *interpreted *correctly. It's really
FreeMiNT's fault. I could imagine that _FPU is not set correctly because of
a non-trunk version but the _CPU one is a mystery to me.
