[Freemint-list] XaAES: Keyboard navigation highlight not correctly erased

I've came across a small, but annoying redraw error related to keyboard
navigation.

When you use keyboard navigation, a dotted rectangle is drawn around the
object with focus. When focus is moved to another object, the dotted
line is removed by drawing a light grey line over the dotted line.

This works fine as long as the background is light grey, but looks
really bad when the background is of any other colour.
