Now I realise I wasn't very specific -- you can't get this kind of
difference using TOS calls. I.e. don't use bash, use a TOS app which takes
paths (like mint.cnf or xaaes.cnf). I can't test it right now but can try
xaloader.prg with an uppercase path.
