It wont. The SFP is checked only for 68000 and 68010.
It might be rather uncommon, but you could have an MSTE with SFP004 and

If you mean something like upgraded with PAK68/3 and FPU, in that case a)
FreeMiNT will complain (because it will detect an 030 machine running 000
kernel) and b) the original CPU (and therefore the SFP) will be
inaccessible.
