Gentlemen,

mail from atariforge.org is still blocked by my ISP. As you see, I now have
a workaround with a gmail account that seems to be more forgiving.

Nevertheless, I'd really like to have that fixed, not only because I'm not
too comfortable with routing my private mail through google (yes, I'm
paranoid), but also think there might be others that want to participate
and don't get it to work.

I think I found at least one issue that might be the culprit:

atariforge.org does not have a valid reverse DNS entry.

The MTA still sends from localhost at localdomain when it really should
send from mail.atariforge.org (this needs to be fixed in the MTA
config).

A quick lookup shows that atariforge.org doesn't have a valid rDNS
record. The reverse DNS resolves to
96-32-243-245.static.oxfr.ma.charter.com
when it really should resolve to mail.atariforge.org.

Any chance to have that fixed as well? You probably need to contact
your ISP for that.
