[Freemint-list] Load MINT.CNF at odd address

To my knowledge, DMAread() isn't supposed to do anything than to bootstrap
the hard disk (and better shouldn't be used for anything else).

If I remember correctly, contrary to it's name, it doesn't even do any DMA
at all.
