Then you misunderstood. Logging or not should not have any influence on
the "open at output" functionality. Why should it? If "open at output"
is enabled then the console will be displayed whenever there is any
console output to display.

However, TosWin should not be allowed to just "eat" console output
without either displaying it in the console or logging it to a file.
