Certainly not. Delays happen (I mean serious ones, not few seconds long)
when you have say 20 build configurations so after each commit you'd
require to execute 20 parallel builds. Or when you submit 20 PRs. I'm
pretty sure this wont be the case in EmuTOS. :)
