Hello.

I have upgraded the cross-tools to binutils 2.18.

Thanks to MiKRO for having ported the MiNT patch to that version. Sources 
are on GitHub:

Having up-to-date tools is a good thing. But compared to previous version, 
this does not change any single byte in resulting binaries.
