Glad to see to have it sorted!

Is there a command to copy all created binary to a specific target ?

Unfortunately not really and that's exactly the reason why extra work is
done in the packaing process by the travis scripts.

But in your case it's enough to take the official build and replace parts
you need to change. Just be careful about paths, by default the kernel
reads from c:\mint\1-19-cur while the official ones read from
c:\mint\1-19-<git id>.
